I am here to feel, see, touch, taste, hear everything - and to watch my feeling response to it all. Ecstasy comes when I speak my feelings out loud. Inner wisdom showed me how to practice this as a daily meditation. When every feeling is made conscious I transition into beauty and grace itself - no more “other me” to analyze, strategize, plan, or think too much - only the Presence. After several years of practicing this I wanted nothing more than to share it. I was surprised to find out that many people are terrified of their feelings and don't have much of an interest in beauty, grace, and ecstasy if it involves feeling their feelings. That's alright. I know that I'm not alone.
